About the position The Remote Audiologists or Hearing Instrument Specialists position at Innovative Hearing involves providing exceptional patient care through hearing assessments and instrument fittings. The role emphasizes a personalized approach to hearing health, ensuring that each patient receives tailored solutions that meet their specific needs and budget. Candidates can choose their working hours, with options for full-time or part-time schedules, including evenings and weekends. Responsibilities • Conduct patient diagnostics by administering hearing evaluations, tests, and/or examinations. • Fit and dispense hearing aids and recommend proper assisted devices to meet patient needs. Requirements • Must have a Hearing Instrument dispensing license for the respective state. • 3+ years of experience dispensing hearing instruments preferred. • Ability to begin work right away with little or no supervision or direction. • Self-starter and self-motivated with a sales aptitude. • Effective time management skills.
