The American Institute of Balance is seeking outstanding audiologists to ! AIB has launched WebAuD - a clinical program bringing remote diagnostic hearing services to private practices and hospital systems nationwide. WebAuD allows for flexibility in your schedule as a busy professional. While the patient is in-office, you complete testing remotely over a secure HIPAA compliant connection. A medical extender will be in-office with the patient to assist. All testing is completed via a remote audiology unit and includes: video otoscopy, tympanometry, ipsilateral/contralateral reflexes, decay testing, DPOAEs, AC and BC pure-tones, speech reception, and word recognition.
We are seeking part-time and full-time employees who can commit between 48-160 hours/month, Monday-Friday, hours between 8:00am-5:00pm. No weekends, no evenings, no major holidays. Competitive salary, 401k with company matching, PTO, paid holidays, health/dental/vision benefits
Responsibilities: • Use and comfort with remote connections and video conferencing. • Remote testing including: Otoscopy, Impedance, DPOAEs, AC/BC, and speech testing in less than 30 minutes. • Integrating test findings and patient symptoms to develop impressions and guide management decisions.
• Succinct report writing and effective communication of findings using the AIB's proprietary reporting software. Requirements: • Doctorate of Audiology or Masters equivalent from accredited university. • Relevant experience in the field of audiology. • Audiologists Licensed in the state of New York & South Carolina We are currently prioritizing interviews for audiologists licensed in NY & SC.
