Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Connect Search, LLC is a healthcare-focused insurance platform supporting sizable healthcare systems. They are seeking an AVP of Operations to lead enterprise operational planning, develop KPI dashboards, and oversee operational components of external audits in a hands-on leadership role.
- Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise operational planning and annual alignment with Finance
- Develop KPI dashboards and executive reporting frameworks
- Own Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) workflows
- Oversee operational components of external audits
- Formalize and document processes currently held as institutional knowledge
- Evaluate new initiatives and answer:
- Can we take this on?
- What teams are impacted?
- What are the resource implications?
- Lead PMO and Corporate Services (2 direct reports)
- Skills
- 8ā10+ years of insurance operations experience
- Healthcare insurance strongly preferred
- Captive insurance, risk management, or insurance internal audit backgrounds welcome
- Experience supporting ERM frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing skills
- Comfortable in a lean, roll-up-your-sleeves environment
