Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Connect Search, LLC is a healthcare-focused insurance platform supporting sizable healthcare systems. They are seeking an AVP of Operations to lead enterprise operational planning, develop KPI dashboards, and oversee operational components of external audits in a hands-on leadership role.

    Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise operational planning and annual alignment with Finance
  • Develop KPI dashboards and executive reporting frameworks
  • Own Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) workflows
  • Oversee operational components of external audits
  • Formalize and document processes currently held as institutional knowledge
  • Evaluate new initiatives and answer:
  • Can we take this on?
  • What teams are impacted?
  • What are the resource implications?
  • Lead PMO and Corporate Services (2 direct reports)
    Skills
  • 8–10+ years of insurance operations experience
  • Healthcare insurance strongly preferred
  • Captive insurance, risk management, or insurance internal audit backgrounds welcome
  • Experience supporting ERM frameworks and regulatory compliance
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing skills
  • Comfortable in a lean, roll-up-your-sleeves environment
