- Responsibilities
- Oversee in-home programs for children, ensuring quality care.
- Conduct occasional in-person training sessions for technicians.
- Manage a caseload of clients aged 12 months to 12 years.
- Collaborate with a dedicated scheduling team to minimize stress.
- Participate in monthly team meetings for open communication and collaboration.
- Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- BCBA certification with at least 3 years of experience.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in case management.
