Company Description

Green Mountain Horizons- Center for Early Intervention and school based services is looking fora full- time Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team! Green Mountain Horizons offers an exciting opportunity for a Behavior Analyst to join us in beautiful Newport Vermont! We provide full-time services (M-F 8-4pm) for young children age 2-12 years at our Newport clinic and school based services.

GM Horizons is seeking a Vermont licensed (or license eligible) BCBA/BCaBA that shares the same passion, values, and mission as GM Horizons: to improve the lives of children and families by providing high quality, effective, individualized, compassionate care through the use of applied behavior analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete initial assessments and treatment plans for insurance authorizations.
  • Conduct indirect and direct assessments utilizing approved insurance based assessments

such as the VB-MAPP, PEAK, & ESDM.

  • Create and implement applied behavior analysis intervention plans and programs focused

on skill acquisition (social skills, play skills, adaptive and communication skills) as well

as behavior management strategies.

  • Collect, analyze, and graph data as it pertains to treatment goals/objectives and

behavioral data.

  • Provide on-going supervision, coaching, and program modeling to behavior technicians

and assistant behavioral consultant (ABC).

  • Provide written and oral feedback to behavior technicians.
  • Conduct and facilitate parent trainings.
  • Demonstrate superior interpersonal, oral, and written skills.
  • Maintain privacy and confidentiality of clients and families based on HIPAA policies and

laws.

  • Adhere to BACB code of ethics of professional conduct.

Job Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree
  • BCBA/BCaBA (Certified)
  • VT Licensure in Applied Behavior Analysis (Licensed)
  • Experience with insurance based billing (Preferred)
  • Experience with Autism or DD (Preferred)
