Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ViaQuest, Inc. is a company that provides innovative services in various healthcare areas, including Hospice and Behavioral Solutions. They are seeking a Behavioral Health Administrative Assistant to support administrative duties, customer service, and data management within a remote setting in Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Assisting facilities/referral sources with administrative duties including consenting patients via phone call for services and conducting regular caseload audits
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers
- Support the Behavioral Health Development Coordinator in their day-to-day responsibilities
- Know and ensure implementation of applicable Company policies and procedures
- Maintain tracking and enter data for assigned tasks accurately and regularly within a CRM system
- Attend and participate in meetings as requested to stay abreast of company issues, policy and procedure changes, personnel updates and general information
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Skills
- Experience Working In a Healthcare Field Preferred
- Strong communication and a comfort level in speaking with client families
