Job Description

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Delfina Medical Group is a leading provider of pregnancy care data platforms and clinical services aimed at improving maternal and child health outcomes. They are seeking a Bilingual Delfina Doula to act as a virtual health coach, supporting pregnant patients and new moms throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey.

Responsibilities

Work alongside the Care Delivery manager to execute patient engagement and coaching protocols on a weekly basis
Ensure patient’s engagement and participation for both pregnant patients and new mothers
Ensure patients adhere to recommended care protocols and tracking as defined by the healthcare provider and/or organization

Skills

DONA (Birth, CD, or CBE), ICEA or CAPPA certified
Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
Strong communication and conversational skills
Experience with Web and mobile technologies
Registered in state-owned Medicaid system is a plus
Telehealth experience is a plus
