The Billing Support Associate will manage customer billing inquiries, process account updates, and resolve billing discrepancies while ensuring exceptional service experiences.


Responsibilities

  • Managing customer billing inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and problem solving focus
  • Processing account updates, adjustments, and billing changes across multiple systems with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Researching and resolving billing discrepancies by identifying root causes and coordinating with internal teams when needed
  • Navigating multiple platforms and tools to review account data, verify information, and deliver timely updates
  • Responding to support tickets and customer questions through our communication channels in a clear, helpful manner
  • Maintaining organized records of customer interactions and issue resolutions

Skills

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate multiple systems efficiently
  • 1+ years of customer service experience or related background
  • Strong multitasking skills and comfort working across multiple platforms
  • Attention to detail and a mindset focused on identifying root causes and resolving issues
  • Highly customer service oriented and committed to creating positive experiences
  • Highly organized and reliable in managing tasks and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills that are clear, professional, and customer friendly
  • Detail driven mindset with the ability to identify root causes and improve processes
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP or NetSuite
  • Associate degree or higher
  • Experience with SaaS billing processes
  • Familiarity with Salesforce navigation
  • Experience with Zendesk ticket management
