The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DLP Capital is a leader in funding the building of Thriving Communities centered in safe, attainable housing. They are seeking a Manager or Director of Investor Success to lead sales efforts, develop relationships with investors, and deliver exceptional service while driving capital investments. Responsibilities • Consistently following up and following through • Initiate Focused Daily New Prospect Calls • Initiate Daily existing Investor calls • Presenting 1 on 1 and in groups and winning new clients • Hold Face to Face 1 on 1 Investor Prospect Meetings whenever possible, and via zoom when not feasible • Handle incoming prospect inquiries and schedule appointments as necessary with additional team members • Deliver uncompromising WOW investor experiences • Hold Quarterly to semi annual Investor Alignment Meetings • Aggressively listening and engaging in productive conversations • Leading in investor relations and building referral networks • Gather referrals from current Investors and DLP Team Members, ask for referrals from each investor • Provide referrals to other DLP lines of business through exceptional relationship-building • Develop a reputation with investors for responsiveness, service, and positive outcomes • Gather Raving 5-star Reviews and testimonials from Investors • Representing your organization as a cultural leader who consistently executes on your key metrics • Identify and add at least 5 new opportunities per week • Utilizing Hubspot CRM and company tools/technology to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of sales and service efforts • Maximize DLP Informational and other Events • Maintain up to date knowledge and expertise in DLP Funds and industry/market overall • Completed packet and Intake Form provided to Investor Coordinator for immediate processing • Respond to all investor and prospective investor inquiries same day • Attend Company Trainings and Industry Events as applicable • Work with the Experience Team to collect required information for new Advisors onboarding, subscriptions, and ongoing business engagement • Provide referrals to other DLP lines of business • Live and Model DLP’s Core Values Skills • Must live in or near Boulder, CO - but will work remotely • 5-7 years of experience in related field • Customer service-oriented approach to investments • Strong knowledge of investment products required • The ability to independently drive revenue-producing activities • Experience with HubSpot a plus Benefits • Unlimited PTO • Health/dental/vision/life insurance • 401(k) matching • Parental leave • Adoption services reimbursement/learning/educational incentives • Volunteer Time Off • Well-being programs • Company events • Self improvement/productivity tools • The incredible feeling of making a difference Company Overview • DLP Capital is a private, diversified real estate investment firm.
