They are seeking midweight and senior brand strategists to lead strategic engagements, driving research and brand direction while collaborating with creative teams. Responsibilities • Lead or support client discovery – interviews, workshops, audits • Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research • Turn complexity into clear brand opportunities • Build positioning, messaging frameworks, brand architecture and narrative systems • Translate strategy into compelling creative briefs and platforms • Present clearly to internal teams and client stakeholders • Partner closely with creative, design, UX, and growth teams • Manage multiple engagements with strong accountability Skills • 4–10 years in brand or strategic roles (agency preferred) • Strong command of research → insight → strategy development • Ability to identify what matters – and defend why • Clear writing and storytelling ability • Professional presence with clients • Ownership mindset • Senior-level candidates should demonstrate independent engagement leadership and C-suite confidence Company Overview • Bald Agency is an advertising agency that provides brand marketing, video production, website development, and app development services.
