Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The N2 Company is America’s leading publisher of community magazines, dedicated to fostering community through storytelling. They are seeking a Content Experience Coordinator to generate and manage content for their publications, ensuring high-quality engagement and maintaining publication deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and build resident relationships and engagement through the content of the publication
- Generate product-specific content from readers while balancing the overall quality and page count goals of each publication
- Efficiently manage multiple deadlines, ensuring all content is prepared and organized
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails related to content submissions and queries
- Proof publications for content quality and accuracy
- Assist with change requests during the revision process
- Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with Area Directors, residents, and fellow team members
- Follow the program’s specifications to ensure effective communication and content alignment
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience creating engaging, quality content
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong organization, writing, and editing skills
- The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment
- Familiarity with N2's Corporate Publications program
