The role involves translating complex policies into specifications for AI, ensuring that AI-driven reviews are accurate and scalable for financial institutions. Responsibilities • Transform unstructured interviews, policies, and spreadsheets into clear process maps and user stories • Define AI guardrails, prompts, and success metrics for automated lending and AML workflows • Partner with engineering to deliver high-quality tickets, diagrams, and acceptance criteria for new features Skills • 3–6 years of experience in fintech, RegTech, or financial services as a Business or Functional Analyst • Domain expertise in lending, credit risk, or BSA/AML/KYC compliance workflows • Proven ability to structure ambiguity and work effectively in fast-paced, remote startup environments Company Overview • Ok, I'll go first.
