Responsibilities β’ Develop and implement innovative strategies to identify and target potential clients across various industries β’ Utilize multiple channels, including social media, professional networks, and industry events, to generate high-quality leads β’ Conduct thorough research on target companies to understand their hiring needs, pain points, and decision-making processes β’ Create and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients using our CRM system β’ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation campaigns and materials β’ Engage with potential clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and video conferences β’ Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our recruiting solutions β’ Address client concerns and objections effectively, highlighting the unique benefits of our platform β’ Negotiate and close deals, working closely with the sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets β’ Develop and implement personalized follow-up strategies to nurture leads and increase conversion rates β’ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, challenges, and best practices in the recruiting and talent acquisition space β’ Provide valuable insights to potential clients on how our platform can address their specific hiring needs β’ Collaborate with the product team to gather client feedback and suggest improvements to our recruiting solutions β’ Develop a deep understanding of various industries and their unique hiring requirements β’ Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance on optimizing their recruiting processes β’ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations β’ Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure client satisfaction and retention β’ Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients β’ Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of our solutions β’ Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address any issues or concerns promptly β’ Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue targets β’ Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and outcomes β’ Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas Skills β’ Experience in business development or sales, preferably in the recruiting or talent acquisition industry. β’ Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion strategies. β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills. β’ Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. β’ Proficiency in using CRM systems for pipeline management. β’ Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. β’ Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in recruiting. β’ Strong analytical skills to track performance and identify opportunities.
