The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) with experience generating leads within healthcare, behavioral health, or education. This role focuses on identifying and engaging new hospitals, partial hospitalization programs, and residential treatment centers that could benefit from LearnWell’s educational services.

This is not a marketing or social media role. It’s an outbound B2B sales position that requires persistence, research skills, and comfort reaching out to new prospects daily.

    What You’ll Do
  • Research and identify qualified leads in behavioral health and education sectors
  • Make outreach calls and emails daily to decision-makers (clinical directors, hospital administrators, etc.)
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover needs and pain points
  • Book 10 qualified meetings per month for account executives
  • Maintain CRM data and track outreach metrics
  • Support larger business development campaigns and strategies
    What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of outbound B2B sales or business development experience
  • Proven track record generating leads and booking qualified meetings
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, persistent, and driven to meet measurable goals
  • Interest in healthcare, behavioral health, or education industries
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for conferences or client meetings
