(SRS) is the worldโ€™s largest independent insurance company manager, and they are seeking a strategic and driven Business Development Executive to join their Garnet Captive division. This remote position will focus on developing relationships with insurance agencies to promote group captive products to their clients. Responsibilities Create and execute business strategies for expansion of existing captive programs Establish long-term agency relationships and ensure success of existing programs with a chief focus on continuous growth Effectively communicate captive participation and the value proposition of captive programs Review new business submissions and related underwriting data to develop quotes with carrier and vendor partners Deliver effectively in a variety of presentation settings; formal, one-on-one, small and large groups, with peers, and leaders Skills 1+ years of proven commercial lines experience; Property & Casualty Ability and drive to foster new agency relationships Performs work accurately and to the best of their ability, capable of problem solving Desire to learn and grow in a dynamic team and provide feedback Travel required; percentage dependent on location of candidates' home office Experience within Captive/Alternative Risk Established commercial broker relationships are strongly preferred Benefits Life Medical Dental 401k Tuition reimbursement Company Overview SRS has been providing management and consulting services to the insurance and alternative risk financing industry for the past 25+ years.
