Waste Solutions Canada is a leading independent management company for waste and recycling services, recognized for its innovative technology and positive workplace culture. They are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to drive new business opportunities and revenue growth by identifying and developing leads, while managing the entire sales process.
Responsibilities
- Actively seek out and visit potential clients to promote products/services and present new opportunities
- Negotiate, and execute service agreements, including pricing schedules
- Conduct cold calls and manage the entire sales process using CRM tools
- Develop and maintain lists of prospects, set up introduction meetings, and give sales presentations
- Assist in implementing new programs for clients and upsell additional services/products to meet business targets
Skills
- An enthusiastic outbound sales professional
- Someone who can navigate a CRM with ease and enjoys learning new technology!
- Likes getting creative with Excel, Word, and impress clients with your PowerPoint skills
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
