We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to drive sales growth and lead generation. If you have 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, recruitment, or lead generation, we want to hear from you!


Job Overview:




  • Prospecting, educating, and qualifying target accounts through outbound calling and email campaigns

  • Utilizing various tools and software, such as Google, LinkedIn, Zoom Info, and Salesforce, to research and initiate campaigns

  • Clearly and concisely communicating product value and marketplace differentiation to buyer personas

  • Nurturing prospects along the buyer's journey and achieving front-end sales KPI quotas

  • Efficiently countering objections and scheduling business appointments with qualified prospects

  • Proactively establishing relationships with internal sales teams and continuously generating high-volume prospect engagement activity


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, inside sales, lead generation, or recruitment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate verbal and written messages concisely

  • Experience with Salesforce or related CRM and LinkedIn strongly preferred

  • Comfort level with prospecting and "cold calling" potential clients and customers through multiple channels

  • Proven success in setting appointments with key decision-makers and a strong track record of achieving sales targets

  • Continuous learning mindset, with a commitment to ongoing skill development and knowledge enhancement


What We Offer:



  • Competitive salary with on-target earnings (OTE) up to $86K per year

  • Hourly pay range of $24.00 to $29.00 per hour (equivalent to $50K to $60K per year based on a 40-hour workweek)
