You will be expected to take 8-10 New Inbound Leads everyday.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loan Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the loan application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. This role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a solid understanding of FHA, VA and Conventional Mortgage Guidelines. As a Call Center Loan Officer, you will play a crucial role in helping clients secure financing that meets their needs.

Evaluate and analyze loan applications to determine eligibility based on company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients throughout the loan process, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Negotiate loan terms with clients, ensuring they understand all aspects of their mortgage agreements.
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations, utilizing strong math skills to calculate debt-to-income ratios and other relevant metrics.
Prepare and review contracts related to loan agreements, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to facilitate timely loan approvals.

Proven experience in loan origination or related fields such as sales or customer service.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to clients.
Strong mathematical skills for analyzing financial data accurately.
Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple loan applications simultaneously.
A valid license or certification as required by state regulations is preferred.
