Our client, a leading organization in customer support services, is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join their team as a Remote Call Center Rep. Job Title: Remote Call Center Rep
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $21/hr
Shift: Work from 9AM EST until 8PM EST, with 8-hour shifts
- What's the Job?
- Provide high-quality customer service support via phone and written communication
- Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow established protocols and legal guidelines during interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
- What's Needed?
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work scheduled shifts within the specified hours
- Legal knowledge and experience in high-volume call centers is a plus
- Spanish language skills are advantageous but not required
