Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency, providing exceptional customer service
- Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Manage customer complaints or issues and escalate when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions, including inquiries and resolutions, in our CRM system
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on service offerings to provide excellent customer support
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and actively listen to customers
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable Internet Connection: Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
