This opportunity involves partnering with investors on acquisitions and leading a private equity-backed Aerospace company to drive measurable P&L growth. Responsibilities • The opportunity to lead and scale a private equity–backed Aerospace company • Access to proprietary deal flow and introductions to top-tier private equity firms • The ability to partner directly with investors on acquisitions • A vetted community of experienced operating executives with private equity backgrounds Skills • Current or former operational executive experience (CEO, COO, President, VP, EVP, GM) • Proven track record of leading P&L operations of $50M+ revenue and $4M+ EBITDA • 10+ years of leadership experience in the Aerospace industry • Demonstrated ability to grow revenue, improve margins, and build strong management teams • A vision for how you would acquire and grow a company in partnership with private equity • Deep industry expertise and market knowledge in Aerospace • Background in Construction or related fields • Measurable results beyond general market growth • Track record of creating significant shareholder value • Experience driving strategic transformations and operational excellence Company Overview • Blackmore Partners works with backable executives to build and monetize their background into an acquisition-based deal thesis.
