Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Remote Chat Representative to provide real-time support to customers via live chat and messaging platforms. In this role, youll assist customers with questions, troubleshoot issues, and deliver a positive experience β all while working remotely.
This position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly in writing, enjoys helping people, and can manage multiple conversations at once
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer questions via live chat.
Provide product/service information and basic troubleshooting.
Update customer records and follow support guidelines.
Manage multiple chats at once.
Escalate issues when needed.
Qualifications:
Strong typing and written communication skills.
Comfortable using chat software and basic computer tools.
Reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
Customer service experience preferred.
Schedule & Pay:
Remote role with flexible shifts.
The Remote Chat Representative provides customer support through online chat. The role focuses on fast, accurate, and professional responses.
