Requirements and Skills:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is highly desirable
- Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with excellent data entry and record-keeping skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with a strong focus on customer service and support
