- Develop and execute global technology strategies in Cardiac Rhythm Management, Structural Heart, and Heart Failure
- Lead an international R&D team of 30 employees, fostering innovation and excellence
- Identify and leverage synergies between subsidiaries to enhance product development
- Improve operational efficiency and build a collaborative R&D platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technology and market needs

- Proven global R&D leadership in cardiac healthcare
- Track record in full-cycle product development
- Strong knowledge of regulatory affairs worldwide
- Expertise in managing complex matrix relationships
