LMC Healthcare is Canada’s largest specialist care provider in diabetes & endocrinology, and they are seeking a Chiropody Administrative Coordinator to support their Footcare Team across multiple clinic locations. This role involves managing patient communications, coordinating referrals, and improving administrative processes to enhance patient service. Responsibilities Handle incoming patient calls and emails in a timely manner Coordinate and manage patient referrals Assist with onboarding new Footcare providers Create and maintain training materials and documentation Liaise with IT to support systems (EMR, online booking, POS) Identify and implement process improvements Support the development and implementation of clinic administrative policies and procedures Skills Administrative experience in a clinical setting (e.g. physiotherapy, chiropractic, pedorthic, chiropody, or similar) Experience with EMR systems Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable learning new systems and training others Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently in a remote environment Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle Benefits Comprehensive health benefits RRSP matching Education allowance and career growth opportunities Paid holiday closures + employee appreciation days Employee perks and wellness programs Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Company Overview LMC Healthcare (LMC) is Canada’s largest specialist care provider in diabetes and endocrinology.
