Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and interpret business requirements for data reporting, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights.
- Design, develop, and deploy precise reports that meet business expectations, adhering to industry regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of processes, configurations, and procedures within the reporting framework to ensure clarity and currency.
- Leverage automation techniques to boost efficiency in data analysis and reporting processes, utilizing Business Intelligence (BI) platforms to develop intricate data flows and unified dashboards.
- Analyze business data to produce descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive reports using advanced visualizations, uncovering trends and insights that inform business decisions.
- Provide mentorship to team members on data visualization strategies and foster their development in report generation, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SQL and JavaScript for database analysis and development, with familiarity with Oracle and other database management systems.
- Strong grasp of database design principles and compliance regulations regarding data security, with capability to create and uphold clear, concise documentation.
- Keen observational skills for identifying and rectifying data inconsistencies, with experience in data monitoring tools and automation of data management functions.
- Proven track record of conveying insights effectively to stakeholders, with excellent analytical capabilities for interpreting and discerning data trends.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related discipline, with a strong analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
