Job Title: Remote Client Management & Dispatcher (100% Work From Home)
Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $1,500 USD/month
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm EST
Job Overview
Our client is seeking a highly organized, energetic, and people-oriented professional to oversee daily operations for a mobile pet grooming business.
This is a dynamic role that combines dispatching, customer service, team supervision, scheduling, sales support, and administrative responsibilities. The position offers flexibility and the ability to work from home while playing a key role in growing and strengthening the business.
The ideal candidate loves animals, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys both operational coordination and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Scheduling
- Answer and return incoming calls (company phone provided)
- Follow established sales protocols to book grooming appointments
- Schedule appointments and create efficient daily routes for mobile groomers
- Maintain and update complete customer records
- Send thank-you cards after each grooming appointment
- Send reminder communications to clients who have not rebooked recently
- Operations & Dispatch Management
- Prepare and distribute daily grooming schedules
- Coordinate logistics and routing for maximum efficiency
- Supervise and motivate groomers
- Ensure groomers have necessary supplies and order inventory as needed
- Review groomers’ paperwork to ensure accurate commission calculations
- Complete daily sales and commission reports
- Record and deposit daily receipts
- Business Growth & Marketing Support
- Generate new business during non-peak administrative periods
- Assist with marketing and promotional efforts
- Support recruiting and hiring of new groomers
