Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RemoteHunter is a global business, legal, and financial services provider headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware. They are seeking a Client Service Representative to support the Annual Reports and Corporate teams by enhancing business operations and maintaining client satisfaction through effective service and problem resolution.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone and electronically
- Fulfill requests and answer questions for both internal and external customers
- Provide excellent customer service consistently
- Organize workflows to meet client deadlines and demands
- Navigate multiple databases efficiently and accurately
- Recommend process improvements when appropriate
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts by proactively offering relevant services
Skills
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Energetic self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, team environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective prioritization and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask with flexibility and agility
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Salesforce experience is a plus
