Job Description

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Virtuance is seeking a passionate and energetic Client Success Specialist to join their Client Success Team. The role involves serving as a liaison between clients and internal staff, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying improvements to enhance service efficiency.

    Responsibilities
  • Serve as a critical liaison between our clients and internal staff
  • Develop and nurture relationships with our clients one interaction at a time by phone, email, online chat, and text
  • Calmly assist and respond to demanding clients, resolving issues quickly and to completion
  • Assure total client satisfaction during each interaction
  • Respond to an average of 40-60 client interactions per day (between voice, email, chat, and text)
  • Identify improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and service to customers
  • Support the Partner Success team, QA team, and Processing team to answer any client-related questions through chats, tickets and video chat
  • Communicate within the Client Success Team and coordinating task coverage
  • Report bugs, challenges, and potential improvements to our systems with detailed documentation and work with our engineering team to resolve
  • Work together as a Team to ensure that we are finding and implementing efficiencies in processes, workflows, and division of responsibilities within the team

  • Strong alignment with Virtuance's company values
  • Strong technical aptitude, experience in Google Apps, MS Office, CRM applications, solid digital file management skills; and proven ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Creative, resourceful, process-focused, detail-oriented, efficiency-driven
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute various tasks in a busy environment with many interruptions
  • Taking pride in making clients happy, demonstrating accountability and ownership of any issue; working through even the toughest challenges with a positive mindset and demeanor
  • Ability to be open, honest, and direct in giving and receiving feedback
  • Knowledge of real estate or digital photography is a plus
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
