Clinical pharmacist positions at ExactCare Pharmacy are expected to deliver on quality standards that allow us to ensure proper medication profiles are managed, reviewed and verified. The Pharmacist is responsible for adhering to company policies and procedures and expected to help build team capabilities through leadership skills and follow up in a call center environment. Responsibilities • Ensuring clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions • Verification of hard copy and digital Rx's • Communication with healthcare professionals, patients and technicians via phone and email • Supervision and execution of incoming and outgoing prescription transfers • Ensure all legal, privacy and compliance requirements are met • Other duties as appropriate Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) • Active license in state of residence • Experience with pharmacist verification work • Clinical Judgement Expertise • Prior interface with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa, a plus • Ability to work flexible schedule • Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate with multiple partners Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision coverage effective 1st of the month following date of hire • Flexible spending • Company-paid life insurance • Short-term disability • Voluntary benefits • 401(k) • Paid Time Off • Paid holidays Apply tot his job
