Responsibilities Contact consumers to resolve past due balances Negotiate acceptable payment arrangements with empathy and professionalism Maintain a reliable schedule and manage high call volumes daily Follow required laws, standards, and call negotiation techniques Skills Experience resolving challenging customer situations
