This is a remote, contract position for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting suitable financial solutions. This role requires consistent communication with clients, collaboration with team members, and meeting sales performance goals. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will assist with client onboarding and provide training to ensure client satisfaction and understanding of services.
- Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and respond to inquiries
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet targets and support business growth
- Experience in Training and mentoring clients or team members on relevant processes and services
- Self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience or knowledge in financial services and solutions is a plus
- Relevant certifications or a degree in business, finance, or a related field is advantageous
