Role Overview Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Community Health Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. This full-time position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families within our community health clinic. Key Responsibilities • Provide clinical assessment and therapeutic services to patients dealing with a variety of social, emotional, and mental health challenges. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans. • Facilitate support groups and workshops to educate patients and their families. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes. • Advocate for patients’ needs and connect them with community resources and services. Required Qualifications • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with an active LCSW license. • At least 2 years of experience in a clinical social work setting, preferably within a health clinic. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
