They are seeking a Contract Community Assistant to manage community engagement for multiple brands, ensuring timely responses and authentic interactions across various social media platforms. Responsibilities β€’ You will support moderation during the holiday period, joining training sessions and preparing in advance to ensure seamless coverage and no gaps in community engagement. β€’ You will manage community management and moderation for multiple brands, maintaining 100% reply rates and responding to all owned messages and comments within 2 hours. β€’ You will monitor and interact across all social media channels in an authentic manner true to each brand and channel (predominantly TikTok, Instagram, X, Threads, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit) β€’ You will publish content on social media channels and monitor engagement. β€’ You will review all pre-scheduled social content at the time it publishes to confirm accuracy. β€’ You will moderate on-channel and off-channel conversations, both owned and earned, managing proactive and reactive engagement simultaneously. β€’ You will maintain moderation volume, meet moderation quotas, and manage priorities to ensure timely and complete coverage. β€’ You will maintain moderation aligned with brand priorities and active campaigns. β€’ You will use third-party community management tools and also sweep native feeds, inboxes, and other channels daily to ensure all conversations are fully moderated. β€’ You will identify social trends and pertinent conversations, inserting the brand into relevant discussions through timely moderation and engagement. β€’ You will identify opportunities to surprise, delight, and show community members how much they are appreciated, and you will handle communications to collect all necessary information for fulfillment. β€’ You will maintain standardization for engagement responses and guidelines for frequently asked questions and new product launches. Skills β€’ Deep knowledge of pop culture and cultural trends - you know the latest meme, TikTok sounds, and trends before most people do! β€’ You know every up-and-coming creator in the beauty space β€’ You live in the comments section on TikTok and know how to drive conversation and engagement when moderating the community on and off β€’ Passion for beauty, skincare, popular brands, and other relevant communities is imperative β€’ In-depth knowledge of the relevant and upcoming social media channels + platforms, and how each platform can be leveraged in different scenarios β€’ Knowledge of the ins and outs of all social media channels, and use them effectively for work and personal use β€’ Strong knowledge of Gen-Z+Millennial culture and the individuals at the forefront of it β€’ Social media enthusiast, champion of influencers, and internet culture β€’ Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets β€’ A self-starter who is motivated, proactive, and outgoing β€’ Ability to work both independently and as a team player β€’ Ability to write and edit communications and articulate the brand's voice in a creative, compelling, and witty manner β€’ Ability to jump from the community side of marketing to the analytical side β€’ Ability to adapt and adjust planned work through analyzing work demands, competing priorities, and tight deadlines; and to understand the most effective and efficient means to accomplish tasks within the parameters of the organizational structure, processes, systems, and policies β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Strong attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving β€’ Finger on the pulse of culture β€’ Experience in a target-oriented environment β€’ Ideally, previous experience in a customer-facing or customer service role β€’ Suits people searching for an entry-level role Company Overview β€’ Artisan Council offers marketing, social media strategy, Content production, data analysis and services.
