The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Flowmentum, Inc. is focused on developing computer-vision-driven automation systems for large customer ecosystems. The Computer Vision & Agentic Systems Engineer will work on building and improving visual analysis pipelines, debugging perception failures, and developing workflows for device interactions, ultimately contributing to robust and reliable systems. Responsibilities • Build and improve screenshot and image analysis pipelines • Develop classifiers and embeddings for visual diffing and defect detection • Debug perception failures across devices, simulators, and automation runs • Improve robustness of image capture, alignment, and preprocessing • Build workflows that drive real device interactions (VR/MR/mobile) • Debug agent trajectories, action failures, and perception-to-action loops • Improve reliability of visual grounding, gesture/touch inference, and state detection • Build evaluation pipelines to score correctness, regressions, and anomalies • Tune ML models and heuristics used in build-to-diff and test generation workflows • Work across Python, CV libraries, ML frameworks, and distributed systems • Deep debugging across CV pipelines, ML models, and distributed execution • Improve observability, logging, and failure triage • Design modular components that evolve into a unified agent platform Skills • Strong Python engineering (tooling, automation, async/debugging) • Applied computer vision experience: OpenCV or similar • Image preprocessing, diffing, detection, classification, embeddings • ML engineering experience: PyTorch / TensorFlow / Keras • Model evaluation, error analysis, and iteration • Comfort debugging across messy, distributed systems • Ability to reason from incomplete data and ambiguous failures • Experience with device perception, robotics, XR, or simulation • Large-scale data pipelines or HPC / GPU-accelerated workflows • LLM or agentic tooling experience (prompting, orchestration, evaluation) • AWS, Docker, bolthires/CD, telemetry systems Company Overview • Experienced well connected Tech Recruiters, connecting top talent in emerging and cutting-edge technology areas.
