This is an exciting opportunity for a responsible Console Operator to monitor systems, track service performance, and respond to operational alerts in a remote monitoring environment.

- Monitor system dashboards and operational alerts
- Identify and report service interruptions
- Escalate issues to technical teams
- Maintain detailed incident logs
- Ensure compliance with operational protocols
- Assist in troubleshooting support coordination
- Provide status updates to leadership Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma required; technical training preferred
- 1–3 years monitoring or operations experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in rotating shifts if required
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
- Strong communication skills
