As a Project Manager intern, you will gain hands-on opportunities to learn about all aspects of a project from start to finish, including job setup, construction management, and project closeout. Responsibilities • Estimating • Job Setup • Job contracts • Permits and insurance certificates • Safety • Purchasing • Submittals • Tracking materials & equipment • Productivity tracking • Change orders and tracking • RFIs • Project closeout O&M manuals • As-recording drawings and warranties Skills • Must be a current student working toward degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field • Strong interest in pursuing a career in the construction industry and project management • Ability to read and comprehend construction documents • Demonstrated proficiency of math and analytical skills • Must have strong interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication while working in a team environment Company Overview • National mechanical contractor providing design+engineering, construction, building automation, service, manufacturing, conveyors and more.
