Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Deloitte's R8dius is an Indigenous majority-owned professional services and technology implementation business. As a Consultant specializing in SAP, Oracle, and Tax Technology, you will design, build, and deploy innovative technology tools and processes to meet the unique tax needs of clients.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the tax dimensions of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) using SAP or Oracle
- Capturing business requirements
- Executing on the fulfillment of these requirements by supporting functional design
- Configuring ERP systems/tax technology for tax optimization
- Contributing in the architecting of effective processes
- Executing thorough testing
- Conducting comprehensive training sessions
- Defining support protocols during and post-implementation
Skills
- Self-identifies as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuk, Métis)
- Bachelor's Degree is required with a preference in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology and/or related discipline
- Relevant experience in Finance, Tax or IT related roles
- Ability to participate in all aspects of engagement strategic planning initiatives
- Ability to travel (mainly within Canada) depending on location
- Personal aptitude for information technology and computer science skills
- Experience with SAP tax configuration (in FI, MM and SD) OR experience in Oracle ERP modules across Financials and Procurement is preferred
- Applications development/programming experience is preferred
