They are seeking a highly motivated Content Moderator to manage digital assets and ensure compliance with company standards while collaborating with teams to optimize workflows. Responsibilities • Digital Asset Management: Oversee and manage digital assets within the MUX platform. Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company guidelines. Maintain and update metadata, tagging, and asset organization for seamless retrieval • Content Moderation & Compliance: Review and moderate digital files to ensure they meet company standards. Monitor and report any inconsistencies, errors, or violations. Implement best practices for maintaining a structured digital asset system • Collaboration & Workflow Optimization: Work closely with teams across departments to streamline asset management. Utilize Slack for team communication and coordination. Stay updated on MUX features and improvements to enhance efficiency Skills • Software/platforms required: Slack and Google Workspace • At least 6 months of experience in digital asset management or content moderation • Proficiency in Slack – Required for team collaboration and workflow management • Strong attention to detail – Accuracy is key in maintaining high-quality assets • Excellent organizational and time management skills – Ability to handle high-volume tasks efficiently • Basic knowledge of metadata and tagging – Helps in structuring digital content effectively • Ability to work independently and collaboratively – Integrity and teamwork go hand in hand • A reliable computer (at least with an i5 processor), a stable high-speed internet connection and back up for both • A quiet, cozy workspace to handle calls and chats like a pro • Flexible with work schedule Company Overview • LTVPlus is an Internet company that specialises in build and manage your own dedicated teams of live chat agents.
