The Content Specialist, i-Human Patients develops academic content, creates virtual simulations, and collaborates with various teams to ensure product quality and support engagement in healthcare education. Responsibilities β€’ Create original patient encounters and other i-Human educational resources, creating realistic scenarios that challenge students’ critical thinking β€’ Collaborate with peers/consultants who assist in content development, expansion of healthcare media and educational resources, and ihp support materials β€’ Support sales, nurse consultants, and customer engagement specialists involved in client implementations, best practices for i-Human case play, use of analytic data, training of faculty and students on the case player and understanding and responding to customer questions β€’ Partner with the engineering team to identify and support i-Human products forthcoming features and enhancements, and identify opportunities to improve the quality of ihp products β€’ Stay current in advances and innovations in curriculum development/implementation approaches β€’ Maintain proficiency in use of technology, business applications (Google Sheets, Microsoft products, Smartsheets), and learn new applications and technology as the field evolves Skills β€’ Clinical practice experience (5 years) β€’ Healthcare education experience (5 years) β€’ Experience utilizing simulation in healthcare education (3 years minimum) β€’ Considerable knowledge of current literature, trends, and developments in the design and development of nursing education/products β€’ Maintain expert working knowledge of i-Human's products, features, and enhancements β€’ Knowledge of curricular design β€’ Self-motivated, positive-attitude individual with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; including the ability to develop/implement policy and procedures β€’ Strong organizational skills and proficiency in the use of Google and Microsoft products and Smartsheets with a high willingness to adapt and learn new applications and technology as the business and field evolves β€’ Masters, preferred NP or PA Benefits β€’ Remote work provides a flexible work/life balance β€’ Our Gift of Knowledge Program provides tuition assistance and substantial discounts for our employees and close family members β€’ Access to health and wellness benefits new hire eligibility starts on day 1 of employment β€’ Access to 401K Savings Plan company match provided after eligibility is met β€’ Generous Paid Time Off includes paid holidays, vacation, personal, sick paid time-off, plus one (1) volunteer day and one (1) diversity and inclusion day to participate and give back to our local communities Company Overview β€’ Surpass Behavioral Health offers ABA therapy for children and teens with autism, focusing on impactful, tailored programs.
