This role involves working directly with senior executives to enhance leadership effectiveness, optimize operational processes, and accelerate strategic growth. Responsibilities β’ Provide one-on-one coaching to senior leaders using a proven, structured coaching approach (comprehensive training provided) β’ Offer insightful feedback and guidance to help executives unlock their full potential and improve decision-making β’ Mentor leadership teams to enhance collaboration, team dynamics, and career development β’ Collaborate with senior management to design and implement strategies that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and support sustainable growth β’ Oversee key operational functions, including financial management, HR, and compliance, ensuring day-to-day operations align with strategic objectives β’ Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and operational improvements β’ Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on matters related to leadership, talent development, and organizational performance β’ Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, succession planning, and building a high-performing, inclusive culture β’ Foster strong business partnerships and drive initiatives that support both internal excellence and external growth Skills β’ Minimum of 5 years in VP/C-suite or equivalent senior leadership roles β’ Proven success in driving operational strategies and leading high-performing teams β’ Demonstrated expertise in executive coaching, mentoring, and leadership development β’ Exceptional communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels β’ Strong understanding of business strategy, market dynamics, and effective leadership practices β’ Experience in managing complex operations; a background in legal or compliance is a plus β’ A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is required β’ An advanced degree (Master's or Doctorate) is desirable Benefits β’ Flexible &
