The role focuses on sourcing acquisition opportunities, conducting outreach, and building relationships with healthcare practice owners and executives across the U.S. Responsibilities Source healthcare acquisition opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn Conduct high-volume outbound sales and business development activity Research healthcare specialties including behavioral health, hospice, home health, and related provider services Identify physician-owned practices and healthcare companies for potential acquisition Manage and track a pipeline of qualified M&A leads using CRM tools Coordinate introductory calls between healthcare practice owners and internal leadership Support early-stage M&A diligence with research, call notes, and deal tracking Build relationships with healthcare brokers, investment bankers, and advisors Attend healthcare conferences and networking events to generate deal flow Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in healthcare corporate development, healthcare sales, B2B sales, recruiting, private equity, venture capital, or investment banking Strong communication skills with comfort speaking to physician owners and C-suite executives Proficiency in bolthires Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously Experience with outbound calling, lead generation, or business development Company Overview It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in, with a workforce of 201-500 employees.
