Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Penn Mutual is looking for a Creative Services Intern focused on traditional design. This internship offers valuable experience in graphic design and marketing projects while providing opportunities for training and mentorship.
- Responsibilities
- Performs graphic design (print and digital) and marketing tasks at appropriate skill levels
- Maintains organized files ā including proper team server protocols, categorizes digital assets, and project notes and communications
- Integrates into collaborative team process, including the sharing of thoughts and opinions on design and multimedia solutions
- Active team member accountable for working towards shared goals and objectives
- Skills
- Working towards a degree in graphic design or related discipline
- Proven understanding of design theories ā including color, layout and composition, and typography
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite are required
- Strong communicator in both written and verbal context
- Ability to plan and prioritize work towards the achievement of personal and corporate objectives
- Ability to make a positive contribution as demonstrated by learning new skills and making suggestions for process/procedure improvement
- Ability to work with others in a collaborative team environment
- Marketing coursework is a plus
- Previous corporate or studio work experience is a plus
