The Functional Consultant will leverage their experience in banking to provide expert consultancy and solutions utilizing Microsoft CRM and enhance operational efficiency for clients. Responsibilities β€’ Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements; create demonstrations to provide proof of concept; plan and assist the team in drafting Statements of Work, including estimation of effort and cost. β€’ Provide input and advice regarding Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities, functions, and features to clients and prospects. β€’ Conduct hands-on implementation, configuration, and development of the various components of Microsoft Dynamics 365. β€’ Build positive client relationships by developing an understanding of clients’ business processes. β€’ Develop analytical and insightful recommendations to meet deliverable targets, and complete project tasks within budget and to customer satisfaction. β€’ Perform requirements gathering and business process analysis. β€’ Understand customer requirements and advise the project team on highly specialized, complex solution architecture and implementation. β€’ Participate as the technical expert in proposal development and presentations to prospective clients. β€’ Deliver presentations to all levels of management. β€’ Adapt to different end-user learning styles when training or gathering requirements. β€’ Create documentation for clients, including PowerPoint presentations and Visio workflows covering functional and technical requirements, design, training, and process engineering. β€’ Assist internal resources with support or pre-sales of Microsoft CRM and related integrations. Skills β€’ 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation experience. β€’ Experience as a consultant in a consulting practice, facilitating discovery workshops. β€’ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of employees, including C-level executives. β€’ Experience creating strong business cases supported by compelling value propositions. β€’ Experience gathering business requirements (as-is/to-be models) and configuring Microsoft CRM modules, including Sales and Call Center; Marketing experience is a plus. β€’ Experience assisting with the definition and functional design of conversions and interfaces, and leading technical teams through Microsoft CRM API usage and integration development. β€’ Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Business Intelligence tools, etc. β€’ Working knowledge of Microsoft products, general networking, and Active Directory is required. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Engineering. β€’ Proven track record of successful CRM implementations and projects in Retail Banking, Business Banking, Commercial Banking, or Corporate Banking domains. β€’ Prior experience working with diverse teams and managing stakeholders in a consulting capacity. β€’ Experience using KingswaySoft β€’ Professional certifications related to CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365, Salesforce Certified Administrator) Benefits β€’ Remote work β€’ Health insurance β€’ Retirement plan β€’ Birthday Leave Company Overview β€’ VeriPark is a global provider of multi channel delivery, financial crm, and lending solutions for financial institutions.
