In this role, you will help clients plan their dream vacations by booking cruises, resorts, and travel packages while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Book cruises, resorts, and travel packages for clients
- Recommend itineraries based on preferences, season, and deals
- Use supplier portals to lock in promotions and perks
- Handle changes, questions, or cancellations with professionalism
- Keep records organized and updated in real time
- Attend supplier webinars and live travel trainings
Skills
- Must be 18+ and a U.S. resident
- Friendly, professional communicator
- Passion for travel and helping others
- Comfortable learning booking tools and supplier systems
- No experience necessary—training provided
