They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding customer experiences and help clients with billing and account issues while promoting a positive team environment. Responsibilities Deliver an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty Help our clients identify the right solutions to customer billing, technical, and/or account issues Problem solve and make professional judgement on whether customers qualify for the in-store services that the firm’s clients offer Participate in the company's social media campaigns Develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills Driving sales through retail promotions with a positive attitude! Skills Ability to build rapport with clients Effective listening skills Strong negotiation and leadership skills Deadline and results-oriented Self-motivated and proactive qualities Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management Previous experience in Marketing, Retail, Food Industry, Customer Service, and Sales is a plus, but not required!
