Your primary duties will include: * Assisting customers with travel needs, such as booking, ticketing, check-in, and flight information * Supporting ground operations by assisting with aircraft loading, unloading, and baggage handling * Maintaining awareness of gate and stockroom areas, and assisting with aircraft marshalling and pushback * Reviewing and coordinating flight schedules, including seat assignments, catering, and updates * Performing gate and ramp duties, such as ticket verification, passenger assistance, and safety checks * Processing and securing passenger belongings **Required Skills & Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of customer service or hospitality experience * Valid driver's license * Ability to twist, stoop, squat, reach, and handle objects * Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills * Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute (WPM) * Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Ability to communicate effectively in English * Ability to obtain airport trusted status * Ability to lift up to 75 lbs * Ability to learn and operate a computerized reservation system * Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment * Ability to adapt to performing duties as assigned * Positive attitude and a strong work ethic * High school diploma or equivalent * Minimum age of 18 * Authorized to work in the US **Desired Qualifications:** While not required, experience with modern equipment and technologies is highly desirable. **About the Industry:** The airline industry is a dynamic and ever-changing landscape, with trends towards remote work, demand for technology skills, growth in healthcare and renewable energy, and a focus on cybersecurity and sustainability.
