We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at AT&T, working from the comfort of your own home in Maine. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be the voice of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers and ensuring their needs are met with ease and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, resolving complex technical issues and addressing customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services, including wireless local number portability, relocations, and combined bill support

  • Assist customers with product and service inquiries, including laptop connect services, air cards, and USB devices

  • Proactively engage with internal support teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction

  • Remain up-to-date on all billing, rate plan, and feature matters, ensuring accurate and informative support to our customers


Requirements:



  • 6 months to 1 year of customer service or sales experience

  • Familiarity with Windows computers and basic technical troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to deliver regular and reliable attendance, working from a dedicated home office with a secure and reliable internet connection

  • Residence in one of the following states: DC, DE, CT, MA, MD, NH, NJ, NY, RI, ME, OH, or PA
