Job Summary:



  • Provide exceptional customer service to Netflix subscribers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.

  • Utilize your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, as well as address billing and account-related inquiries.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including technical and product teams, to resolve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.

  • Stay up-to-date with Netflix's products, services, and policies, ensuring you have the knowledge and expertise to provide accurate and helpful support to our subscribers.

  • Participate in ongoing training and quality assurance programs to continuously improve your skills and performance.


Requirements:



  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and situations.

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer hardware, software, and networking.

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and verbal) is required.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
