Sandboxx is the leading platform dedicated to finding and building technology solutions throughout a service member's military life cycle. They are seeking a Customer Happiness Associate to deliver outstanding customer support, ensure customers feel valued, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. Responsibilities β’ Deliver outstanding customer support via Intercom, our primary customer service tool. β’ Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions. β’ Ensure customers feel heard, supported, and valued throughout their interaction with Sandboxx. β’ Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, operations) to escalate and resolve complex issues. β’ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in Intercom. β’ Identify common customer pain points and share insights to help improve processes, tools, and product features. β’ Uphold Sandboxxβs commitment to providing compassionate, mission-driven support. Skills β’ 2+ years of customer service experience in a remote, digital-first environment. β’ Proficiency with Intercom or similar customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Help Scout). β’ Strong written communication skills - clear, concise, and empathetic. β’ Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities at once. β’ Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently as a contractor. β’ Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems and processes quickly. β’ Experience supporting mobile apps, subscription services, or e-commerce customers. β’ Familiarity with military culture or prior experience supporting military families. β’ Available to cover 8 hours on the weekend Company Overview β’ Sandboxx is a military media and technology company.
